Can little Owen still get to see WOLVERINE 3, especially so that he is from NOLA where part of the movie was filmed ?

Yes, he still can...maybe after the parent/guardian has seen it and feel that it can be seen by his child/ward and so long as he accompanies the child/ward in the cinema. Or maybe wait for a DVD - see it with the parent/guardian supervision...or set it aside until he is of age ( 17) to see it!
Ironically, there is already a lot of violence and other adult material on current TV shows, to which many children get exposed.
