I have no idea but my gut tells me she's an actress. (Of course, my gut also told me Hugh and Deb would attend the opening night of MATILDA last night on their anniversary.)

That's funny, this morning I looked through all the red carpet stuff of the opening night coverage looking for them too! That was before I saw the Donna Karan news. Guess her gain was Matilda's loss. Looks like Hugh & Deb had a great night though. Nice to see him enjoying some time off. I wonder when he has to go to Montreal?

Well, this is not quite family news, but...did anyone else do a double take when reading this morning that "Deborah Turness Named NBC President"? After reading the article, I learned she was head of ITV in the UK. That headline certainly made me take a second look, LOL.

I was reading comments from the UK's Daily Mail coverage of Hugh going around his neighborhood in a scooter. LOL - someone said that the last time he/she did that was when he/she was eight. I guess he/she does not know New York culture -- whatever is practical and convenient works fine

Southampton Farmers' market was the best market. I was on cloud 9 when Hugh Jackman saw me struggling with my tent and he helped me set it up! At the time I didn't know who it was because I was focusing on lifting and carrying things by myself to set up. He offered to help and in my own Donna McCue way I started giving him orders. Then I looked up and asked if he was Australian. He said yes. Then I asked "Are you Hugh Hackman, I mean Jackman?" He said yes. Then I said "Oh, your a movie star! Can we have a picture together?" He was so humble and nice. He is a good example of how I need to be!

Fat Ass Fudge PS. He bought some peanut butter fudge and my new Fat Ass Fudge power bars! They are selling like crazy!

It's a tossup as to which sounds yummier: The sight of Hugh putting up a tent or that peanut butter fudge. Oh, the heck with the fudge, I know who wins that contest.

So nice of him to help out--and so typical of his generous, helpful nature.

"Hugh Hackman"? If Gene Hackman had been there, too, she'd really have been confused.

“X-Men” star Hugh Jackman was a Hamptons hero Sunday at the Southampton Village farmers market. Jackman noticed vendor Donna McCue having trouble setting up the stand for her Fat Ass Fudge Company on the cold, blustery day, and, “He very kindly helped set up the tent in the wind and even posed for pictures afterward,” a spy said. Bearded Jackman then bought some fudge and power bars from McCue, who at first didn’t recognize the star, and he joked, “You know I get $7.50 an hour.”

Lemme see -- at $ 7.50 an hour -- I wonder how much they will price tickets for his next Broadway show

I think the show is losing 1 or 2 hosts so they may be shopping for a new permanent host and trying out different people for the gig. Good luck to Deb! I think she would be very good!

I can't wait! Hope she tells us about more of HER projects - I'd like to see more of her writing/directing. I thought Standing Room Only was so clever. Also, I'd like to see more of her artwork - when she was on Martha Stewart's show, she brought her incredible portrait of Oscar.

I would hate for her to be on the view. I always loved the view till lately they just seem to be nasty people lately except Elizabeth but I would watch it with Deb on it!
