A Dublin barista was left gobsmacked after serving no other than Hugh Jackman at work today.

The 'Les Miserables' star is currently enjoying a whirlwind trip to Dublin. The actor was previously seen downing a drink in the city centre.

Robert Taggart works in Honey Truffle Cafe tucked away on Pearse Street. He couldn't resist the opportunity to take an impromptu selfie with the household name.

Robert told Dublin Live that Hugh arrived with friends and was very unassuming during his time in the coffee shop. He ordered a flat white and was happy to take a photo on request.

The barista explained: "He didn't say much. I just asked for a selfie which he accepted. He was very kind and polite and I gave him back his privacy."

Hugh also spent time in Dublin back in 2019 for a string of musical performances in the 3Arena. He explored Malahide Castle and Temple Bar during his previous trip.
