That photo Hugh posted is too low to be the Nouvel building. He clearly took it from a balcony or rooftop, and you can see rooftop wooden water towers that NYC is famous for.

Also, Hugh doesn't live in the Nouvel building anymore. That doesn't mean he doesn't go there, I suppose.

Hugh Jackman, known for playing Wolverine was spotted at Rochester’s Chip Shots this week.

ROCHESTER — Wolverine was spotted in Rochester for a virtual golfing experience.

Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman, known for playing Wolverine, was spotted at Rochester’s Chip Shots on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024.

He stopped by the indoor entertainment facility for around two hours, chatting with guests and staff while enjoying a few rounds of virtual golf. He even stopped for photos with the guests and staff before leaving.

“It was very unexpected,” said Hannah White, the general manager of Chip Shots. “He was such a great sport about everything. With Rochester and the Mayo Clinic, it's common to have celebrities kind of around, but you never expect them to come visit.”

It is still unclear why Jackman is in town or how long he plans to stay in the Med City, but Chip Shots welcomes him back anytime he is around.


“He came in and we kind of tried to wait until the end to talk to him and just thank him for coming, because it's huge to have a celebrity like him come in,” said White. “He was so nice. The owners all got to talk with him and they were having him test out some of the different activities on the simulator. He came in just for golf originally, but he was such a good sport about everything and took pictures of the staff and any guests that came up and asked and everything like that.”

Jackman will reprise his role as Wolverine in the upcoming film “Deadpool and Wolverine,” alongside actor Ryan Reynolds. The film is set to premiere on July 26, 2024. This will be Jackman’s 11th live action appearance portraying Wolverine.

Given how he said earlier that he had to put on some makeup and he expects some lighting on him - is he doing some advocacy work involving Mayo Clinic?

Hugh Jackman forced to rush home from NRL’s Las Vegas debut due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’

Hugh Jackman will miss out on attending the NRL’s Las Vegas debut after being forced to rush home following an emergency.

The Hollywood star flew into the city ahead of his beloved Manly Sea Eagles’ clash with South Sydney as part of the double-header season opener on Saturday night (Sunday AEDT).



He was reportedly set to receive VIP treatment from the NRL to add star power to the Allegiant Stadium event.

But Jackman flew back to New York following a corporate gig on Friday night in Vegas.

“He was gutted to leave,” friend and Australian radio personality Gus Worland said.

“He made the effort to come here but due to unforeseen circumstances he had to go back. He was really disappointed. He was looking forward to wearing his Manly jersey to the game.”

Jackman has been an occasional presence at Sea Eagles games over the years when he has been in Australia.

His late scratching is a bitter blow for the NRL’s Vegas experiment, which was already robbed of Rabbitohs co-owner Russell Crowe’s presence due to a filming clash.

Hope it is nothing very serious.
