In his Instagram Stories --
he quoted this :
"Bring down that anxiety Bring down that fear Bring down that paranoia And we're gonna get thru this Because we are New York!"
A kinship and affection for his adopted city?

Looks somewhat like ROOT ( except for the ears) But the moustache is more like David Bowie's Nikola Testa. As Hugh is a lefty - will he hold his cards with his right hand? Thanks! Good wishes to you and your loved ones, hughmanity Jo

Ha, looks like HJ's mustachioed face superimposed on an existing photo, kind of a spoof of the tie-ins between films and products such as Pringles chips.

Jo *confused* He IS holding his cards in his right hand. A right-handed person usually holds their cards in their left hand so they can use their right to bet chips with.

Being careful -- Sorry, Twitter truncated the image But if you click on it - the article is shown, with photos of Hugh, Ava, and Dali and partly-hidden Allegra. Jo

Hugh and his family have become quintessential New Yorkers! Not just because Broadway is the other side of his career. Not just because his kids grew up in the bustling city that never sleeps. Not just for the Manhattan and Hampton places they switch back and forth to...but they have cared for New Yorkers and New York visitors in times of triumph and in the sadder times of tragedy. Someone wrote not so long ago about why New York loves Hugh Jackman! innewyork.com/june-17th-2019/new-yorkers-love-hugh-jackman-here’s-why

Here's the link to MUSIC OF HOPE from Andrea Boccelli, in case you missed it. The article features the background to the Easter Sunday performance and the YouTube link to it. www.billboard.com/articles/news/international/9356694/andrea-bocelli-easter-sunday-concert-milan-duomoIt is unusual that the music is performed not at Milan's and the world's most famous opera house ( La Scala) but in its beautiful cathedral, the symbol of Italy's famous city of creativity and culture which sits in the area in northern Italy hardest hit by the virus. Panis Angelicus a most touching song of prayer and Ave Maria, which we pray and sing in church, and the ecumenical Amazing Grace sent hopes soaring on this somber Easter Sunday because of their messages of hope for humanity. The Pope's Easter message of right to hope touched a similar vein - that humanity and " wounded Earth" can rise again! Happy Easter becomes a more heartfelt message today as we all hope that the new dawn comes soon, just as the faithful await the risen Christ! Jo

Here's a beautiful rendition of AVE MARIA, set to music by classical composer Franz Shubert centuries ago, sang by Barbra Streisand.
AVE MARIA is actually the beautiful Catholic prayer known as "Hail Mary" and is what comprises the Rosary ( of prayers).
But the song itself is a beautiful one, here sung by someone of a different faith, but touching all the hearts especially on this weekend of hope!

They’re just repeating the 1990s line from the original Daily Mail article.
