Someone on "X" called his casting as Van Helsing (filmed in 2003) as "Hugh Jackman at the height of his beauty"I've never read a man's physical looks referred to as "the height of his beauty" - I thought that was reserved only for women. Kate Beckinsale was a screen beauty but she was almost outshone by HJ as Van Helsing Jo

In a list of 16 Australian actors who have become Hollyood stars because of their charm, talent, beauty, etc...
Hugh Jackman heads the list --

Ryan Reynolds has been pretty consistent in his admiration of Hugh Jackman --

Is he just hyping the movie... or is Ryan truly sincere on how he regards Hugh Jackman?

^ I think Ryan is sincere, but is also being his cheeky self in using the phrase “my inevitable death.”

Now this is a very exclusive list --
French actor Alain Delon has recently passed.

I was watching the special feature from The R&H Organization when they had commemorative screenings of Oklahoma! last year One of the comments : Susan Stroman said the she knew immediately that Hugh Jackman would be a star -- This ranks as one of the most beautiful descriptions of Hugh Jackman as a performer! Do you agree JO

I wonder if this is why A Stready Rain is one of my favorites among his live performances. Not because of the alternating monologs as he and Daniel Craig faced the audience, seated most of the time.
There was one particular scene which struck me --
IIRC, it was already after they had been affected by the Dahmer-like incident.
Daniel was delivering his monolog, seated facing the audience.'
Hugh had stepped back to the back of the stage -- stood there facing the wings. But there was something on his face- almost like an angelic expression while he seemed to be deep in thought. I am not sure the spotlight was on him... or maybe it was only a dimmer light. But his facial expression seemed to me that he was no longer on stage in the play but was in deep but beatific thought! I even thought - was his mind off the play...and he was thinking of something else, maybe something personal?
Ha - was I simply mesmerized?? LOL!
"As if he was just filled with light!"

Arrghhhhhh -- I can't believe Wikipedia allowed this entry in the Ryan Reynolds Page -- Is it because Ryan joked recently that Blake calls Hugh "his second wife"

At least, Wikipedia is more truthful with the Hugh Jackman page --
