I'm not into rap, comedy rap or raunchy comedy so I won't buy the CD but I hope Hugh's number becomes available to download by itself. Sue

I could only listen to some of it. Definitely not family rated! I've downloaded it to listen to later when there's no possibility of my niece or nephews running in. But I like that he's having fun with his career and not taking himself too seriously. I think that's part of the reason why people love him so much. (And he's nice and talented and handsome. ) - Alicia

Hysterical! Love it. It's a fine companion to that modern classic, "Dick In a Box" Can't wait for the video. Giggle.

Definitely giggle producing. What makes it funny is how seriously he takes the lyrics. I wonder what the video will look like. Ellen

Will they do a video? Don't they only do those for singles, or are comedy albums different? My only experience of comedy albums are Weird Al's so I'm a little unsure. lol

He's won a Tony for TBFO, an Emmy for hosting the Tony's, and an Oscar Nomination for Les Mis. Wouldn't it be loverly if he won a Grammy for the booby song? Ellen, where do you find the giggles sign? Apparently, I just found it by typing the word giggles. That didn't happen before!

I wouldn't have known how to insert it if I'd tried. Seems just typing the word "giggle" summons it up. Ellen

There is a black box on the lower left hand corner ( facing it) -- wait a while until you see the arrow and then click. The double bars will appear and the song is ready to play. Hope it works for you.

Ha! Good one, Kathy.
Now I'm entertaining a slightly unsettling thought: Did Oscar or Ava hear their dad's latest effort? He'd have some 'splainin' to do.
I often wonder how kids feel about their celeb parents' doing very revealing scenes or recording stuff like that, even if intended as parody.

I have also wondered if Oscar, at least, has seen XMEN Origins:Wolverine ( after he breaks out from the tank until he reaches the farmhouse) or even XMEN 2 ( when he runs out from the adamantium room) wolverine ... or has seen SNL with the Christmas Kangaroo Hugh has once mentioned that if you are from the theatre, nudity is something that is almost perfunctory - probably referring to the constant changes in costume, sometimes with people around you. Or there are scenes in movies these days where nudity or suggestive scenes are matter of fact ( remember his TV movie with one of Deb's friends, Rebecca Gibney ). I think maybe their perspective is a little different from an audience member, as actors are taught or trained to let go of various inhibitions.

Kids are surrounded by age inappropriate images and language. It would be difficult to prevent them from exposure to off color comedy and adult language. However, discussing concerns about these topics with children has to part of the parenting job these days. Kids are going to see and hear age inappropriate material. Hugh and Deb are responsible parents, and this song is probably not the first job-related adult language situation their kids have heard or seen. They are the children of actors.

Of corse; they haven't exactly been living under a rock. Just thinking about the possibility of being surprised by something their dad has never done before or their friends teasing them. Kids are exposed to everything these days, but every kid reacts differently.

I only meant to say that it's very difficult to shelter kids from inappropriate language, lyrics, images, etc. that they may be exposed to these days. We deal with these situations all the time, even in elementary school. Every kid does react differently, and that certainly effects how we adults deal with their concerns on an individual basis. One child may be disturbed by inappropriate words while the student in the next chair is typing them on the computer. The computer age has enhanced learning and communication, but it certainly has its challenges.
