I am very confused by Michelle's look in all the photos I've seen. This certainly isn't 1940s clothing for sure, but nothing I've seen her wearing in any shoot photo is representative of mid 19th century costume either! Wonder what they have up their sleeve...? I have to laugh: "'40s" wardrobe? Anybody see the Andrews Sisters? Ellen

I have no idea what they wore then But Hugh's top hat is certainly not from the 40's, unless it was Fred Astaire wearing one Jo

An extended clip --
*It seems there is a fire somewhere...
*The Barnums seem like a playful lot.
EDIT: Easier to watch it on this format than from the other link --

Lol! The study of Victorian fashion has been a hobby of mine for many years, and I'm always on the lookout for accuracy in period costume in the movies.. Guess that's why I'd expect to see Charity in full crinoline skirts. But I'll try not to fixate on it until I've seen the film! I once found some antique prints at London's Cecil Court ( famous for all kinds of antique prints of all subjects but at affordable prices) of Victorian fashion. It is off Leicester Square where they premiere most big blockbusters ( including Les Mis/The Wolverine/Pan) and easy to find in case you are interested. I never had a chance to put them up on walls...so they ended up with a friend who likes these kinds of things, too.

The official wrap party -- http://instagr.am/p/BSlDlihD9n- The first one which many thought was the film wrap was actually the wrap for the big musical production numbers. This one is for the completion of the principal photography! Bravo to everyone!
And CONGRATULATIONS to the man who persevered to get his dream project seen to its fruition -- Hugh Jackman!!We will see you on 25 December/other release dates worldwide

He had two recent selfies with the same background. It is not very obvious, but it looks like minimalist modern art. Anybody recognize the style? Hugh has posted a thing or two where he applauds the work of Jackson Pollock...but that would be very colorful, although the art in the Hugh photo could have been inspired by the same art movement? Remember this tweet ?

We'll probably not be going to see Hugh sing this song, which seems bound to be one of the film's signature songs because of the circus theme ( as sung by Keala), but at least we have this concert version by Hugh!
Poor audio when he introduces the number...but gets better when he starts singing --
This is the clearer and probably the more familiar upload, but it misses the first half - which I thought carries the song's poignant message of those who are considered outsiders of society because they are different!

It's a formality but the man in charge of principal photography has formally declared it --
Famed cinematographer Seamus McGarvey --
He has worked with many directors, with a few projects with Joe Wright ( for which Seamus has picked up 2 Oscar nods for Atonement and Anna Karenina...and most recently worked on PAN).

Very little is known about the major characters in the movie, except for glimpses of Hugh, Michelle, and a little of Keala ( because of This Is Me) -- we know that Zendaya is playing a trapeze artist...but is Zac also joining her on the rigs? Both have stunt doubles according to the cast/crew listing. Presumably, there is romantic drama in their relationship, especially so that their romantic involvement happened in the 19th century?
Presumably they will be singing some songs, either as solos or in duets?
