Such a lovely and appropriate song to inspire a movie tale. It should have won for Best Song Oscar!
Btw, the phrase " a million dreams" is part of the lyrics from Sting. I wonder if Pasek&Paul were inspired by the phrase when they wrote the iconic anthem from The Greatest Showman?

I have seen this before - Hugh singing UNTIL from KATE & LEOPOLD. Too bad he didn't get to finish the entire song.
Sting composed the song and sang it in the movie (post-credits scene)

It happened almost at the same time  Boys and men became Jackman followers when the first XMen movie was released in 2000  Women and teenaged girls became Hugh fans a year after ...when Kate&Leopold (directed by James Mangold) opened in theaters  |

How ironic that just about the same time, Hollywood fans were just recovering from the shock of finding an ideal Wolverine (released a year or so before K&L)!
This duality will even become more and more apparent as Hugh Jackman's film career veers into different genres over the years!
This late in the year -- he is involved in 2 different types of entertainment storylines -- filming an emotional family drama ( that has hopes for Oscar possibilities) and later on, recreating the role of Harold Hill in The Music Man on Broadway ( hoping for a win at the Tony's, too).
Not just great looks...but talent!

ROFLMAOI bought a small package of "gourmet" butter (w/Parmesan, garlic and basil) last week to spread on a crusty Italian bread. It actually said Fresh, Creamery Butter on the label and - yes - I did "hear" it in Leopold's voice.
