Someone asked why Missing Link won when he laughed at Toy Story 4 more. Ha - since when has an animation movie supposed to be always a comedy. This movie has a witty sense of humor that is more adult-oriented, not slapstick which some seem to prefer

Many times, a Golden Globes award ( no matter how much it has been maligned in the past) has led to more awards glory, i.e., an Oscar!

Too bad they failed to fully recognize The Greatest Showman! They nominated the movie musical and Hugh Jackman for awards, but failed to capitalize fully on that initial recognition - a win!  I wonder if they are sorry for failing to have bragging rights ( in terms of conferring awards glory)  to a movie musical that has captured the hearts and imagination of the public worldwide
