One was the at the Royal National Theatre and at the West End in London...and the other one was on the famous Great White Way! It is not so much a tribute to New York City itself but more of a salute to Broadway! The context now makes more sense! Jo |

Towards the end when he runs rapidly to the back to get more drum sticks for the kids in the audience -- he continues singing I STILL CALL AUSTRALIA HOME! How many singers can do that - run at a fast clip while belting out a tune? Only time I did see it happen - when Phineas Taylor Barnum bolted out of the bar … and started running rapidly to catch the train while singing FROM NOW ON! Jo |
