Hmm... a negative note on Hugh  The person obviously does NOT know Hugh or his body of work or how Hugh has been recognized on many different levels. *OSCAR-nominated for Leading Actor honors in LES MISERABLES ( the poster calls it an ensemble movie) *TONY winner for THE BOY FROM OZ ( he was called Atlas for carrying the show on his shoulders) and given a special TONY partly for his performance in BACK ON BROADWAY ( as the show was not technically a theatre musical). *EMMY winner for hosting the 2004 TONYs which was broadcast on television. He also hosted the 2009 OSCARS and is now generally considered as one of the best hosts ever! *GRAMMY winner as Principal Vocalist for THE GREATEST SHOWMAN album, which won for the category of Best Compilation Album. He is only an Oscar away from being accorded the legendary stature of EGOT! The tweeter is probably not familiar with the setlist or musical numbers in the show. If so, he would have been informed that they represent Hugh Jackman's body of work in musicals ( film or stage) for which he has been acclaimed. What did he think -- that it is a concert of Les Miserables and Greatest Showman musical scores alone ?!!  And he has obviously not read up on Hugh Jackman's personal reputation and professional discipline -- to think that Hugh has an outsize ego, without the evidence of his triple threat talent and versatility! Tsk! Tsk! Tall poppy syndrome? There is reference to Old Man Logan - maybe hates Hugh as Wolverine or is a fan of other superheroes? Or maybe he does not like the idea of a singing/dancing Wolverine? Why else is the reference to Old Man Logan?? Jo |

Yes, and additionally, little does this nasty tweeter know how Hugh generously and enthusiastically shares and cedes the stage to his ensemble performers and special guests. I have thought of replying -- but I think he is simply baiting people! He is either dissing Hugh with some purpose in mind … or just trying to get a rise from people. The best revenge would be for everyone to ignore him because the tweet is pure nonsense! That should get his goat  Jo |

AXS seems to be a recurring complaints based on past tweets. Ticketmaster UK also has its share of complaints.
It would not be so bad if there is no travel costs involved.
In his case, since it is likely his card will be credited back for the non-existing tickets, maybe he should try the secondary market ( including eBay and Ticketmaster)?
The promoters of Hugh's show should look immediately and seriously into matters like this!
