I couldn't find a clip from the staging of the 2000 revival.
but here is the presentation at the Tonys where the show was nominated for Best Revival. Although the clip didn't seem to have been staged at the venue for the Tonys (RCMH or otherwise).

Arguably the most glorious interpretation of 76 Trombones!
(I was reminded of it yesterday at the Dutch Grand Prix because the National Anthem was conducted by the same famous musician Dutch Andre Rieu).
