Alex: Right now, Marvel Studios has their eyes set on having one of their in-house directors to tackle directing these upcoming Avengers movies. My personal pick? Shawn Levy. I’ve heard wonderful things about Deadpool & Wolverine, not just the movie itself but how the production process was handled from start to finish, even with the Writers and Actors’ strikes that impacted production. Even more so, they were impressed with what the production was able to achieve, which is nothing short of an astonishing movie that I’m hearing reaches the levels of an Avengers-level story similar to Captain America: Civil War.

The Russos had the chance to put hugh jackman's wolverine in Endgame or any xmen reference as disney Fox deal was already completed on March 2019 with Marvel getting the xmen and fantastic four rights back . But Avengers Endgame was already completed on early 2018

No announcements have been made as to the casting for the movie ( except there were reports that RDowney new role as villain DR.DOOM will also be in SECRET WARS).


On the other hand, wasn't this suit shown in Deadpool & Wolverine ( sorry, the scene showing various Wolverines at the start went so fast I cannot remember if that is where it was shown?).

Hugh Jackman will be in a better commanding position to negotiate for a role in SECRET WARS!

I cannot appreciate how Kevin Feige can opt for someone else for the role or diminish a role that is still very popular with the public. If his objective is to cut salary costs - that would be false economy -- Hugh Jackman's value is many times over what he will be compensated for the role in the future movie. Plus he has also proven how good he is at promoting a movie. What more can Feige ask for?

'Deadpool 4' will be set to released after the Multiverse Saga,

will expand the Marvel universe by spotlighting the New Mutants

If Secret Wars is released in 2026 or even 2027, Hugh can still play Wolverine for the 4th Deadpool story ( Deadpool&Wolverine sequel). That may be another 3-4 years... then he can walk off into the sunset like how Logan originally intended to do so!
