It is just a trailer ( which I suspect was rushed -- it was supposed to be released only in May...but there must have been a reason why we saw it in April?)

By the time the movie cut is completed - the color grading would have been addressed.

So steamed or deep-fried?

On a serious note -- I think Hugh was more fair-skinned in this movie than in way past?

Many attribute it to his not exposing himself to direct sunlight ( and getting a tan) because of his skin cancer risks.

The eldest & tallest -- she is a grown-up young lady now--

I thought Shawn may have also asked them to be extras in this scene. The little person on the left - could also be a girl?

Interesting update -- when I checked the bios of the girls -- Hugh's PA for The Music Man, Sophie, had also assisted him for The Son when they were filming in NYC.

Hmm... I was kind of thinking that maybe she had been listed as PA to Hugh for any biodata credits that she might need for future reference ---

or were the three (Hugh/Shawn/Ryan) already working on the possibility of Deadpool&Wolverine project as early as the filming of The Son?

I can understand your thinking the girls might be used in this scene however they look nothing like his daughters. They all have very dark hair and prominent eyebrows. Quite distinctive.

Not that I'm not glad to see him back, but isn't it kinda weird we have a MCU movie with Wolverine as the co-lead, not a cameo, and it's not the MCU Wolverine but Hugh Jackman. It's like if we had Tobey or Andrew as leads in a MCU movie before Tom Holland was introduced.

I think it’s actually somewhat smart tbh. Whenever the mcu wolverine comes, people are already gonna give them a ton of shit for simply not being Hugh Jackman. That will still happen, but I guarantee you the backlash will be way less now, because we just saw Hugh Jackman again.

Excellent point! The Wolverine character would not have been so well-articulated.
With the costume&mask in the FOX franchise -- doubtful that HughJackman would have made the kind of impression he created&continued to create up to LOGAN ( maybe there would not have been a LOGAN?)

We would have missed "the actor" w/ the mask.
Given that HughJackman's best acting feature are his eyes! Imagine the LOGAN dying scene, if he had a mask on? You cannot feel how he had finally found peace - recognizing his daughter &how he had achieved rescuing the young mutants!

He's interpreting a complex character! Someone whose emotions & characteristics define him as much as his fighting spirit & style! Not a simple superhero character from the past. In effect his Wolverine interpretation led the way to how superheroes are now more complex characters!

I remember someone from Marvel ( not sure if Feige or the director of Endgame) said that the death sequence or story with Robert Downey, was inspired by the LOGAN movie...

even if it did not work as well!
