I am noticing a seemingly well-planned negative campaign against Hugh & Ryan --

*Posts on "X" where they keep saying that Hugh is pitiful because he came back to the role of Wolverine when Logan was already his valedictory or that he is simply doing it for a paycheck

*New posts dissing Ryan as a no-talent actor who only does low-class movies.

The messaging is sustained and many are angrily replying --
while I have noticed that they are sustained campaigns!


Where is it coming from??

From the competitor studios or filmmakers?

From jealous Marvel/MCU actors who may not like that D&W is the only film release allowed by Disney

From other actors who used to have guaranteed franchise roles...but now affected by restructurings?

They are like a troll farms - even their messages are not well-written.

Grace, alleviate your ignorance. Hugh Jackman does not do "the dumbest musicals you've ever heard of in your life". He does The Music Man, Oklahoma, and Carousel. Some of the greatest works of American Theatre.
Most actors would jump at the chance to have a lead in any of them.

Neither is Les Miserables a dumb musical! It is based on one of literature's gems , the novel by Victor Hugo. The movie earned an Oscar nomination for Best Picture & Best Actor for HughJackman!

After this - people will love HughJackman in the Wolverine role even more! They'll say : " Hey, that is the badass Wolverine from the comics! Let him be Wolvie beyond this film - many more true-to-form movies with Jackman around!"

HughJackman is a very fine actor.The roles that he has dealt w/ is a cornucopia of acting roles where his talent shines through.Sad that the

Many of the younger people want recasting of Wolverine to emphasize his height in the comic books.

Ok - just think --

If they chose someone like Daniel Radcliffe who is 5'5" and put him in a Wolverine costume...

then let him stand next to Deadpool ( Ryan is about 6'3")... then they start fighting.

( just like what we had seen from the trailer and filming scenes) -- long and fierce --

how do you think it will look??



In the comics or animation, anything is possible, exaggerated, and credible -- they are fantasies!

In reality -- Daniel will look very puny next to Deadpool (who just might have a laughing fit)

It's most likely going to succeed off of several things

1. Hugh jackman return, that's a selling point on its own

2. Deadpool is very popular

3. People will be curious to see xmen franchise in mcu, not a cameo

4. It's the only comic book movie this year (honestly, needed)

HughJackman carries with him not just the Wolverine fanbase but other moviegoers who are fans of his other acting choices ( drama/other action/darkcomedy/musicals/romcom/etc) as well as his theatre followers. It is also likely that older demos will be there for him.
