Even more so when Charles is smiling ( he is Monegasque - from Monaco itself) name of Charles is pronounced like French - "Sharl"!

F-1 racing drivers ( like many tennis players) are mostly multi-lingual. Charles speaks French, Italian ( he drives for Ferrari, so naturally he is fluent Italian speaker now) and English very well. The races are held in 24 cities around the world -- so during press conferences, some journalists speak the local language. The drivers do have an overload of media meetings. Btw, many athletes live in Monaco because it is a tax-free principality. It is also on the Mediterranean, so quite a beautiful place...and security is topnotch. Monaco is close to Cannes - so the 2 events are held close to each other -- plus the second part of the May calendar is reserved for those 2 glittering events. Many of the yachts parked at the harbor are usually multi-story and may have either a helicopter or a special car on board. The life of the rich and famous Jo
