Very sad news. Seems he was visiting his other daughter, Antonia, in Singapore and somehow tragically fell to his death. I hadn't realized he was on staff at the University of Technology-Sydney for many years, including when Hugh attended.

UPDATE: Other reports indicate he may have suffered a heart attack. The matter is being investigated.
