Wicked is housed in the same theatrical complex as THE RIVER.
Interestingly, the demos look different -- I was surprised to see many middle-aged or even elderly couples watching THE RIVER.

I'm going to see The River tomorrow at 2pm and would love to meet Hugh before the show. Can someone please tell me what time would be best to arrive at the stage door and when does he usually arrive? And is he taking photos with fans before the show? Thank you. I was on the old board but never registered for this one till today.

A lot of celebrities have attended. I've personally seen Kevin Spirtas (Hugh's former understudy in TBFO), Cameron Macintosh, Frances McDormand, Joel Coen, Liev Schreiber, Naomi Watts, Kevin Durand, Taylor Swift and others I can't remember now. I'm sure many others have made it a point to witness Hugh's bravura performance in the play, too.

That's true, since they live in NYC and Frances has also been a part of the Broadway community.
At least the negative slant on some of the reviews did not dissuade them from seeing the play.
Btw, I didn't know Frances had won a TONY for a role on Broadway.
