Pan - Rated PG for fantasy action violence, language and some thematic material.

The rating looks like as the most favorable it can get --
PG (Parental Guidance) to allow children to see it, with parents accompanying them.
On the other hand, if it is G ( General Patronage), it might throw off the more mature audiences, as it connotes a film that is being pitched only for children.
