Will Hugh be an award recipient in case the special programme show wins? Or is that limited to the show's producers? Even if he is not qualified and the show wins, people know that it was Hugh's hosting that won the day.

NPH was listed as producer when he last hosted the show. Hugh could very well have been recognized in the same way because many of the show's numbers were likely the brainchilds of Hugh and Warren Carlyle. He does contribute a lot in shaping the program.
