Luckily here in Atlanta, just got a bit of snow, but it took me 10 minutes or so to scrape the ice off my windows (thick!) last night at 10:30 when I left work. Thankfully I had some of that spray stuff too that melts the ice. The snow has mostly melted now. Hope those of you up north are doing okay!

Yikes, snow totals by storm's end in my area now projected to be 20-24 inches.
By the way, for anyone who was hoping for a cancellation ticket for HAMILTON or any other hard-to-get ticket, the Broadway League just announced all matinees and evening performances are canceled today.

Did you get the kind of snowfall predictions that were put out? Even Manhattan seems to have gotten quite a lot - I saw a photo of Times Square where some people built a giant snowman ( the greatest s Nowman on earth ). Again, there was a photo of a mini Wolverine snowman sent to Hugh -- a snowman with forks as claws! It's good to see some sense of humor even if the blizzard has brought much difficulties to the areas affected. This brings back some personal memories for me when I was in grad school in Amherst, Massachusetts! Our campus at UMass was very sprawling and hilly and one has to overcome some trepidation on whether to go out and take a scheduled exam because I did not know how to get to my building -- it was one big, big open field of the white stuff!
