I don't think *we* are a specific target. When I do a thorough search on the email address attached to one of these banned screen names I can see that they have signed up for dozens of Forums and Message Boards in just a day or two. They are indiscriminate in their interest. They sign up for gaming forums, medical information, garden clubs, car racing, pet care, religious groups, moose hunting, gold prospecting, and quite a bit of pornography - everything/anything where there is no restriction on posting and you don't have to "wait" or respond to an email before you gain access to the board.
Their posts never have anything to do with the topic at hand and are always the same advertisements with links to other sites. I do "track down" these interlopers. I can see that their birthdate and sex, as well as other personal info (location, occupation, interests, ISP) vary with each new "sign-up" for an account. What I find is the reason I ban them immediately and why I don't think their odd "contributions" are a mistake... or that they deserve a second chance to post here again.
If you Google one of the screen names you can see some of what I find.

talnecol - a (supposed) 20 yr old male from Venezuela has been BANNED FOREVER for posting incomprehensible, lewd garbage on our Forum about Serial Aunty Nude Sex and various "modeling" agencies with live links to dreadful websites.
I deleted everything from this member as soon as I got the first report without taking time to check who did all the "reporting" to Moderators. Thanks to luzie, birchie, and all others who flagged this unwelcome "member". Please continue to report these absurdities whenever you see them. I can't be here 24/7. I feel it is important to remove this junk promptly so these "commercial" spammers do not have time to get "credit" for the ads they post on our Board.
Get with it Trolls - this sort of behavior will not be tolerated here.
