I always feel for Oscar when I see photos like these of their outings. You can tell he absolutely detests the paparazzi invading in on he and his dad's privacy. His body language is always expressing how uncomfortable he feels at their presence. I know how much he wishes they lived a "normal" life.
You can also tell by Hugh's expression and reaffirming touch that he understands how his son feels and is very protective of him. My heart goes out to them both.
