I didn't realize Amazon's PRIME VIDEO has such a wide support base.

Amazon Prime Video is probably the highest because the majority of the subscribers (like me) initially signed up for the free shipping. The Prime Video was a bonus.

But is available only to USA subscribers, if I remember correctly. Although lately, they are now allowing international shipping of items which are not just books, home videos, physical CDs? Maybe something can be worked out re cross-border commerce and international telecommunications link-ups?? But given its cash inflow assets, AMAZON is the only one that can maybe give very stiff competition to Disney+ and maybe to Netflix when it comes to sponsoring new content? Warner Media has just announced a more modest original content movies series for its streaming services. Their word for their film library and this new effort is "curated". Lol - I thought that word is reserved only for museum or library stuff It makes more sense now for Disney to have paid that much for the FOX film portfolio ( although the challenge from the Comcast side brought it up by many billions more) since their vault are basically kid movies, animated films, and superhero films But I don't understand why they are letting go of so much creative and managerial talent of a studio known for its proud legacy of all kinds and genres of films Jo

I don't have it, but some of my friends have it since years. There are even a few German movies and series produced by and for Amazon Prime Video. Together with Netflix it's probably the most popular and known streaming service worldwide. HBO, Hulu etc. aren't available here. Apparently Disney+ will be available here later in spring, as I've seen in ads.

WOW! Look at the lineup of movies that will be available on HB0-MAX when the streaming services is launched on May 27! www.darkhorizons.com/hbo-max-unveils-launch-line-up-of-films/If you're looking for the most famous classics ( Casablanca, A Star is Born, Singin' in the Rain, Streetcar Named Desire, etc,) some franchises... and other memorable films -- it is hard to beat this lineup. So far I have spotted Prisoners, Van Helsing … no sign of The Prestige, Pan, The Fountain yet... and eventually Bad Education. Jo
