I figured that out later. Greenwich St in Tribeca - one of the plush places. Top floor was supposed to have been bought by F1 Champion Lewis Hamilton but he doesn't even live there.

With all that has been leaked to the public on the current status of filming -- What is happening must feel like deja vu to Hugh! *He was the producer & star of ORIGINS: WOLVERINE. The original script by David Benioff ( Games of Throne) was an R-rated script into which Hugh himself has given some inputs. Tom Rothman fired Benioff and asked another screenwriter to take over and came up with what we saw on screen. While I could understand the fate of Deadpool ( main complaint by fans) -- I understood the reason for it: Stryker pushed for his release to fight Wolverine while the experiment with him was only half-way done! *Fox Co-COO Rothman micro-managed the production, including details like what color of paint should be used on a door. Poor director! Also, Rothman was very famous then for his cost-cutting ways ( I always view cost managment as much better than cost cutting simply for its sake). Of course the other main objections to the movie was the poor CGIs. But that is because what people saw first was a LEAKED print of the movie, before it was completed. It seems Murdoch wanted to see an advance copy and settled for one which was not completely edited. How that copy got into the hands of whoever leaked it has not been found to this day. How Hugh ended up good friends with Rothman years later - was quite a surprise to me. Hugh knows that not all good intentions to make a film project yield perfect results is subject to vagaries of human nature. Let's hope Deadpool&Wolverine has a much better fate! Maybe Iger will get the feel of the fan backlash Jo

More issues that have come up --
Oh-oh -- it looks like it was Kevin's idea to plug in unwanted cameos in order to promote his new MCU projects! It looks like Iger's issues were with the quality of the Restricted rating ( too raw & rough), DEI & funding... but in terms or ruining the quality of the movie by inserting unwanted cameos of other characters who might be in future movies, it is Feige who is behind them.
So, how is this going to be resolved??
I have no idea -- maybe unless Ryan and Hugh threatens to walk out -- Iger & Feige will not be earthbound -- that the truth is, without Ryan & Hugh, there is NO movie! No Marvel release for 2025.
I wonder how Hugh and Ryan's contracts have been written up??

Re MIKE ZEROH, who has been leaking all those rumors about the Deadpool filming and supposed Ryan Reynolds feuds with Disney --
some say to take him with a grain of salt. Some say that he tries to put in the flesh to rumors without fullscale verification!
We'll see how all of these will turn out!
Hmm... is it just publicity stunts or click-baits??

More trouble - this time involving Wolverine!
Iger feels that some Wolverine scenes in his backstory ( similar to the opening scenes in Origins) were too violent even with an R-rating and is pulling them out. We don't know how this will be settled?
In a sense this should have been expected. True, Disney approved an R-rating --- but Disney is also a film house which puts out not-so-violent material and sticking to a certain code.
What is going to happen? Maybe there will be room for compromise?
Btw, other Reynolds fans have warned me not to listen to what the YouTube author Mike Zeroh is putting out in public -- saying he is just a clickbait blogger. Maybe so, to some degree -- but I would think there must be some facts or truth in what he puts out - otherwise the Disney and internet police will be out to bring down his blogs?
I have a feeling though that the Reynolds fans do not want anything negative said about Ryan's projects -- they just want to see the finished product.
But we are more used to problematic filming for quite a few Jackman film projects.
One would think that Hugh Jackman would now be livid -- but he doesn't seem to be carrying that attitude publicly?
Besides, this guy reports that more filming is due - I guess that can be proven, when time passes.
Anyway, for whatever it's worth?

I was told by some knowledgeable fanboy types (not just Ryan Reynolds fans) that this guy is considered to be "the biggest clown on the internet", so I'm not putting much stock into it. I was taken aback by the forceful certainty of his comments, but evidently he has been the same way about other Marvel projects and his "scoops" were proven to be completely false.

Now, this is one rumor I would like to see happen It would be funny how they would explain her presence -- Ryan & Shawn had reassured fanboys that this movie will pre-date LOGAN. But in LOGAN, she was just a child. Maybe some fantasy scene or something Jo
