Just wondering -- why the sudden change of heart -- not that I am complaining

Previously, the supposed informal notice said that the trailer will be released in May, to be attanched to a sequel of Planet of the Apes.

But the trailer has been advanced for public display tomorrow?

Psst: Could it be that the Ryan/Hugh/Shwan group wants to pre-empt some changes expected to be pushed by Disney during the scheduled reshoots supposedly happening soon? By announcing it in the trailer -- it would make it inconsistent if something else happens in the movie

Because they are using the internet for their marketing pitch, unlike formal advertising channels, it is not causing them anything except for the effort to do one ( which, I believe, is being done by Ryan's marketing/production company MAXIMUM EFFORT?

The beauty of this is --
the major market for this movie are the internet users -- the young and middle-aged generation! And a sprinkling of those in their golden years!

There was also a supposed disagreement on the marketing of the movie --
Ryan et al felt that using the internet would be effective marketing-wise and cost-effective as well...
while the Disney people wanted more emphasis on the traditional markeing tools ( such as TV ads, standees, billboards, etc).

A mix of both will be very good but the more one relies on the internet, the faster and more cost-effective it becomes!

It also reaches the entire USA and overseas market at the same time!

Excellent way to announce this movie!

In addition to breaking records with the debut of 'The Tortured Poets Department' on Spotify, it seems that singer Taylor Swift has given a clue in her new album about her possible participation in the highly anticipated 'Deadpool & Wolverine'.

Recent rumors pointed out that the singer could play the mutant Cristal – named Dazzler, in the original language. Like Swift, the character is a singer who eventually becomes part of the X-Men team.

In the lyrics of the song Clara Bow, the artist sings:

I could not keep up!!!

*Praise is practically universal for Hugh Jackman and his Wolverine! Ryan's presence does not draw the same kind of attention. As Deadpool has said " You're THE XMen"!

*Someone was very impressed with Hugh's "dialog delivery" -- sorry, I could not find the exact tweet anymore

*A few noted and were glad that the trailer did not give out any direct hints to the storyline -- just teasing audiences with the characters.

Man I have so many mixed emotions about this. Logan was the perfect ending to Hugh Jackman’s run as Wolverine. Feels wrong to bring him back. But on the other hand I love everything I saw in this trailer. It looks great. So I’ve decided I’m firmly on team Let’s Fucking Go!!

The fanboys are happy! Truly happy! One said he never clicked on a trailer soooo fast in his life
(Jo: Some people were able to ferret that the trailer would drop at 9:00 am -- so I was on the lookout - at Hugh's Twitter/X and Instagram accounts. That's how I got to see it as soon as Hugh downloaded it.)

I like that Hugh Jackman is growing into the character. Over the last 20 years, Hugh was fairly young, which took away from the character of Logan. Now that Hugh is in his 50s, he's making the character look more comic accurate. Now we can believe Wolverine lived through multiple eras of history.

Hugh is just growing into the role! LOL!

Also, someone noted the dialog delivery earlier.

I was the first American journalist to interview Hugh Jackman. Really nice guy. The hair was right. But could he pull off Wolverine? The geek in me thought he might be too tall. But there was something there. Who knows what the fans will think....

Premiere Magazine is long gone...and Hugh Jackman is not only playing Wolverine....he IS Wolverine. It's the most improbable back up actor/back up QB story since Tom Brady, with no end in sight....
