You can speculate if you like, of course, but he & Deborra-Lee are not living together anymore. I can't and won't tell you where that apartment is, so please don't ask. The paparazzi haven't found out he lives there, and that's a good thing. |

Lol - found the link of his home office to the Tribeca (??) apartment where he is presumably staying now. After their separation was announced, Hugh was seen walking the streets of Tribeca often, with the paps greeting him.   The clip moves to the left -- and you can peer into the room next door. As the clip moves to the left, you can faintly see the outline of the glass windows, the roman shades folded up and the wide ledge by the window. Check out photo with Hugh in a green t-shirt showing those details - the glass window, the roman shades and the wide ledge.  I wonder if this is in Tribeca...and if the apartment investment might have been a suggestion from Tribeca resident Ryan Reynolds. Another Tribeca resident is Shawn Levy who has a loft there. The market for apartments in Tribeca seems quite strong. Hugh has made quite a few investments in real estate --luxury places which he probably thinks he can liquidate eventually at very good resale value. Many A-listers reside in Tribeca and the West Village. Btw, their Perry St triplex is no longer available for sale at the moment. Info says it is now being leased out and has presumably found a renter of the place. Jo |

Wherever that is -- doesn't matter. It doesn't look particlarly luxurious - compared to Perry (14 years!), Nouvel or even the Hampton place. But he has been seen in Tribeca often -- I wonder if he visits Laughing Man now that they have added a Vegan place supposedly as a subsidiary or maybe just a complementary business. And partly to connect with Ryan and Shawn as they still have some reshoots due this month till May. Someone asked jocularly on Hugh's social media if Hugh actually lives in Central Park -- because of how often he goes there When Perry was once flooded ( Sandy storm?) be brought his family to the Mandarin Oriental. Nah - his current place does not look that luxurious - just kdding Jo |

That seems to be what the recent article I posted re the Vegan offerings next door suggests. But he still cares about it - the Steingard Brothers are in charge of the business now. But the advocacy related to it - the donation of profits for developments in farming communities outside the USA is likely not dropped. That is the total rationale for Laughing Man Coffee!

When I was in high school, we had the experience of a lifetime when a total solar eclipse appeared in our heavens.
It was eerie ... but we were excited.
Then the moon started to part... to let the healing sunshine pass through!
If you are anywhere where the perfect alignment will happen --
experience of a lifetime!
