I am a retired O.R. nurse and we would sometimes have to listen to what the surgeon wanted, which could be weird or not to our liking. My favorite doctor was a neurosurgeon who was also a Beatles fan, so whenever I circulated for him, he would play The Beatles. There was a GYN oncologist who let me play Once Before I Go for him, but that was it!

What other charts challenges remain for THE GREATEST SHOWMAN www.theguideliverpool.com/the-greatest-showman-is-now-level-with-sgt-peppers-in-all-time-album-charts/I wonder how the actual numbers of sold albums compare? The soundtrack albums ( of Rodgers&Hammerstein) are really legendary, together with the films themselves. I wonder how the Oklahoma! RNT cast recording compare? The Greatest Showman may kick in further if TGS wins a Grammy ( February 10, 2019)… And when TheManTheMusicTheShow starts its 13-show turn in the British Isles ( 5 at O2-London, 3 in Manchester, 3 in Birmingham, 2 in Dublin) Jo

That would be a million miracles, if that ever happened. LOL! When was Sgt Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band originally released in London? The movie was released in 1978, so maybe around that time, too? www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=sgtpepperslonelyhearts.htmThe Greatest Showman will trek to its final destiny decades from now -- not just as an album, but maybe more as a movie classic! What is a miracle is that both movie and album went on their way to unexpected and ever-growing success! Hugh was just so excited that such a comparison is being made. I think he knows how very far down the road he has to go with musicals to even be close to Beatlemania! Hey, I remember doing a Liverpool tour and we were so excited just to see the streetmarker "Penny Lane" in that short visit of where it all started for the "Fab Four"! Jo

Instinctively, when I posted the earlier tweet I thought maybe they played A MILLION DREAMS -- because that is what actors/performers have in tons!
Guess what --
That would really make me tear up - remembering those who have passed on, who once had dreams like all the others have. SAG is the guild representing actors!
