LOL - please read the photo explanations ;D Wolverine is coming back to the big screen -- and we've got your first shot of Hugh Jackman in "costume."
The buff actor was spotted on set of "The Wolverine" yesterday in Sydney, Australia ... where he was showing off his incredibly ripped physique as he ran around shirtless.

Hugh? http://instagram.com/p/N2qbmnE7jM It looks like the speculations that Wolverine gets involved in another episode where he battles with a bear may be true??? Hmm...and maybe that was why his head was all covered up when he alighted from the car. He did seem to be looking a little dishevelled and straggly hair framing his face ( see photo in previous post) ... Check out the speculations from this site -- www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/nailbiter111/news/?a=65046EDIT: I checked my one and only graphic novel ( aka comic book series) on Wolverine and in the Japanese saga, this is the first episode indeed! Fanboys will be thrilled that they are hewing close to the comic book stories Jo

If Russell Crowe doesn't watch it -- Hugh Jackman may steal the role of NOAH from him ;D He looks like a biblical character!

He can get away with such a bedraggled look because of his chiselled features and height. Jo

A biblical character...or a serial killer. And Jo, in this case they are certainly "hugh"ing closely to the comic book. I'm sure the barrette comes in handy with that Grizzly Adams mane. Shades of Sabretooth in X1 ! Ellen

Hugh's look here reminds me of his "conquistador" in The Fountain.
This past year has certainly been filled with quite a few transformations for him. It was only a number of months ago, he was bald!

Must be part of the filming -- his scowling facial expression! "It's called acting!"

Amateur paparazzi video from Down Under. Love her sense of humor, and the "dead pan" narration. Stick with it, she finds him eventually... for a moment. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3MFi4n2acUShort, panoramic video of the POW set - no Hugh in sight. www.youtube.com/watch?v=fnmaZ7WfXxII have fond memories of the great beaches from my 2006 trip. We saw whales in Sydney Harbour - well, more like a "hump" and then the geyser "blow" - no breaching or anything, but amazing nonetheless.
