Thanks, Nancy. Nearest theater 277.7 miles from me. Guess I'll wait for the video.

Thanks, Nancy. Nearest theater 277.7 miles from me. Guess I'll wait for the video. Darn! I got a ticket for the 3 pm showing on Sun. Sept.18th in Atlanta! Missed getting the Senior discount by one year - you had to be 62 or older! LOL! Nancy

Eight Days A Week and the Shea Stadium film were fantastic! We all clapped at the end and sang along to the title song! Nancy

Yes, sadly we lost another "Beatle person" in 2016. There were 5 others: David Bowie (did song Fame with John), George Martin (their record producer), Tony Barrow (their press agent), Henry McCullough (member of Wings), Al Brodax (produced the Beatles cartoons) and Sam Leach (early Beatles promoter) RIP all.

P.S. Did you note what is written on that monument? How apropos! And I think only Paul and Pete Best are still alive out of that group. (Pete, far right)
ETA: Allan's wife Beryl (2nd from left) may still be alive. She was in 2014.

We tend to forget how very young they were when they started out. Do they look like they were about to influence global culture? Amazing.

Today would have been Paul and Linda's 48th wedding anniversary. I'm sure he is thinking about her.

Wednesday got Hot Sound Package (great seat, admission to soundcheck which is a 1 hour mini-concert with complete songs, food, and merchandise) for Paul McCartney's concert in Duluth, GA (13 miles from me and free parking!) at the Infinite Energy Center (indoor arena) My twins graduated high school from there in 2006! Lol! Got front and center section FL2, Row D! So excited!! Have 3 other friends who are going. One got a cheaper seat, one is behind me in row J, the other got 2nd row, but none of those include soundcheck. The concert is July 13th. Nancy

Just wanted to share a few pics I took at the July 13th Paul McCartney concert in Duluth, GA (a 20 minute drive from my house!) at the Infinite Energy Center. I had 4th row center seat! Nancy
