Liev Schreiber was on Fallon tonight. Fallon showed Hugh's Dogpound/Wolfpack Instagram photo with message directed to Liev interpreted as meaning, Are you up for the training necessary for WOLVERINE 3? Liev was equivocal but the audience applauded the possibility. Liev also said Hugh has raised the bar very high vis-a-vis working out for a film role.

You mean aside from a revival of A STEADY RAIN? Re a 2-man duo, I automatically think of BECKET and WAITING FOR GODOT. I can think of a couple of musicals, too, but I don't think that genre is in Liev's bailiwick. Ellen

Becket ( I only saw the movie adaptation, with Burton and O'Toole) sounds like a tour de force. I have not seen Waiting for Godot. How about comedy -- er...Hugh as Oscar and Liev as Felix or vice versa in The Odd Couple. LOL- I think If Hugh takes on the Felix role, he might get typecast on stage Shakespeare? Hugh could be Brutus and Liev could be Marc Anthony or vice versa? Hey, why does spell-check keep changing Liev to Live?? LOL! A pity if their screen chemistry cannot be adapted for a live play! Jo

Good interview! Jimmy Fallon is so funny (when they were talking about each others' injuries) Nancy

soundcloud.com/triple_j/australias-friendliest-man-hugh-jackmanTowards the end, he is asked about WOLVERINE 3. He says that he has only just gotten the script and is still unsure of when it is coming out ( hmm...it has been penciled for a March 2, 2017 release date by FOX) -- they have enough time. Will they film in Australia? Gambit has once again lost its director... James Mangold, on the other hand, not only directs Wolverine 3 but also co-writes the script so his commitment is more solid. Plus he already has the credentials due to the fairly good critical and fanboy acclaim of The Wolverine. Jo

In any media interview a reporter will always try to get more Jackman insights on any Wolverine-related news. collider.com/wolverine-3-hugh-jackman-on-patrick-stewart-professor-x-father-son-relationship/
It looks like Prof Xavier ( Patrick Stewart) will definitely rejoin him in this last saga with Hugh as Wolverine. Hugh has mentioned earlier that James Mangold and his co-scriptwriter have already sent him the close-to-final script ( for possible more tweaking).
I guess he is still trying to work out the negotations on the tax credits so the movie can film in Australia. It is only end-September, so they have a few months left to refine the script, start the casting process, and finalize the filming location...and to put his body into W0LVERINE-SHAPE!

Are there special routines that he does solely for the muscle buildup for his Wolverine roles, such as possibly this one ? http://instagram.com/p/94Iuy6ihF6 It's easy to understand why he wants to say farewell to the role after 16 years! Jo

Wolverine is in the popular cultural consciousness Mystery solved! Paramatta is a suburb of Sydney where they filmed scenes for THE WOLVERINE, doubling up as Tokyo.

En Francais (original source) -- hollywoodpq.com/2015/11/16/le-prochain-x-men-sera-tourne-a-montreal-en-2017-v2/Translated -- www.cosmicbooknews.com/content/new-x-men-movie-slated-film-2017Lots of speculation -- *Singer had previously indicated that APOCALYPSE may be his last XMEN film...and there was buzz that he had already signed up for another non-XMEN movie for his next project, so his return is totally unexpected. *In all the publicity, APOCALYPSE has been indicated as the closing episode for the FIRST CLASS Trilogy, so that storyline is no longer likely. *If I recall right, there was a previously announced XMEN film project which was on the FOX announced slate, but no details had been given. I think this was supposed to be an adaptation of X-FORCE, but... screenrant.com/x-men-apocalypse-x-force-movie-cable/www.cinemablend.com/new/UPDATED-An-X-Force-Movie-Future-Marvel-Fox-Yes-It-38483.htmlI am not familiar with X-FORCE, but the fanboys seem to imply that the storyline could include Wolverine...or that he could be Cable himself? Other speculations are : Crossover with Marvel...or a complete Reboot? Maybe a reboot featuring all the young mutants? *If the movie includes Wolverine, fans are speculating that Hugh Jackman may have been convinced to delay his farewell to the franchise until this one ( with Wolverine 3 becoming his penultimate Wolverine movie), especially because of the box office debacle of CHAPPIE and PAN. No basis for the speculation at the moment, just fans trying to envision what could be the theme and characters involved. *The announcement of a November 2016 preproduction with 2017 filming is a surprise! Sorry for an overactive imagination, but --
Could the APOCALYPE reshoots slated for early 2016, with a rumored participation from Hugh Jackman, have been prompted by the new plans for another XMEN movie discussed above? Maybe there is a need to establish some links between the two movies, especially so that it is Bryan Singer who is helming both movies?

In the concert, Hugh has mentioned that he starts filming WOLVERINE 3 "in the new year".
He also said that he loses a lot of weight when doing musical projects ( sing and dance and act)...which means he has his work cut out for him when he prepares physically for his role in Wolverine 3.

We haven't heard official word that WOLVERINE 3 will start filming soon. But it seems key pre-production teams ( such as production design/ art / administration departments) are already at work. www.imdb.com/title/tt3315342/fullcredits?ref_=tt_cl_sm#castAlso, production designer Francois Audouy ( who also did production design for THE WOLVERINE) has confirmed that the project is on his work slate -- audouy.com/154076ghg72l8t3exqwj3d83b9jn8zIs Hugh's growing facial hair an indication that actual filming will not be too far off? They have 14 months to go before the official release date of March 3, 2017! Jo

What is he saying -- that there might be a 4th solo movie of Wolvie emoticon-cartoon-023 Ja, Si, Oui, Yes, Yup <cool> So long as he does not do it back to back with WOLVERINE 3 - because I don't want any further delay to GREATEST SHOWMAN! Or just a show of Jackman humor He is the master of mass communications Jo
