I couldn't catch up with the photos and the interviews -- but I caught most of the live coverage ( link was on twitter), except for interviews with Hugh. Joe Wright introduced his "beautiful" cast and then wished the people attending the premiere ( already enconsced inside two cinemas at Leicester Square) an enjoyable time, even giving the kids a bit of a spoiler.  Btw, Hugh posed with Deb in one shot -- I wonder if she and the kids caught up with Hugh for this event in London? Hugh himself posted a twitter upload -- Cara ( who is the top fashion model in the world right now) was surprisingly very friendly and animated. Rooney was reserved but accommodated all requests for photos and autographs. Garrett seemed a little shy-ish compared to Hugh, but he had only great words for Hugh. Levi is a very charming and beautiful boy, but he is growing up fast. |

I wonder why Levi Miller's Australian accent is, as he says, not very pronounced. Perhaps there are more outside cultural influences (American, British) than ever before in Oz...? I always find accents or lack of same fascinating.

Even more, he said he studied how Richard Burton portrayed Winston Churchill in a certain performance ("a critically applauded performance as Winston Churchill in The Gathering Storm (1974)") - I think he will adapt it in sequences where he makes speeches to the "mining" boys in PAN |

Hugh is still doing some publicity for PAN - he was seen at BBC-Radio 1. He was also reported to have visited BBC-Radio 2.  |
